The rules of the Chase.

These terms apply when you use ChaseSwap to request a valuation, send cards to us, use Chase Credit or buy cards from the Chase Wall.

Valuations and sending cards

Photo valuations are estimates only. A final Chase Credit offer may change after physical inspection, including for condition, authenticity, variant or identification differences. Do not post cards until ChaseSwap has issued an offer and instructed you to send them.

Ownership and authenticity

By sending cards for an accepted trade you confirm that you own them or are authorised to trade them. ChaseSwap may refuse cards where authenticity, ownership or condition cannot reasonably be verified.

Chase Credit

1 Chase Credit has £1 spending value on ChaseSwap. Chase Credit is store credit only, is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and is not transferable unless ChaseSwap expressly agrees otherwise. Where a purchase costs more than the available balance, the difference may be paid by the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

Card photographs are intended to show the actual card offered where stated. Prices and availability can change until an order is completed. One-off inventory may be reserved during checkout to reduce the risk of duplicate sales.

Promotions

Promotional offers, including Founding 50 bonuses, are subject to the terms displayed with the offer and may be limited by customer, completed trade, value or time period.
